Description

Indentures of Fine and Counterpart levied in the Court of Common Pleas at Westminster, Trinity Term 1813 before James Mansfield, John Heath, Alan Chambers and Vicary Gibbs, H. M. Justices, between Charles Wyatt and Thomas Wyatt, plaintiffs, and John Stace and Elizabeth his wife, John Faulkner and Elizabeth his wife, William Walford and Elizabeth Agnes his wife, Anne Walford and Edward Gibbs Walford, deforciants, of two messuages, six barns, six stables, 300 acres of land, 100 acres of meadow and 100 acres of pasture in Honington, with the tithes of corn, grain and hay arising from the same.
