Description
Articles of Agreement between Thomas Knibb of Bridgetown in the parish of Alveston, yeoman, and Nathaniel Mason of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., whereby Thomas Knibb, in consideration of £1 1s 0d to him paid by Nathaniel Mason, and of £173 19s 0d to be paid to him by the said Nathaniel Mason, covenanted to convey to Nathaniel Mason his cottage, homestead and quarter of one yard land in Halford then in the possession of John Higgins. Witnesses: Daniel Hurdis and Bartholomew Mason.
