Indentures of Lease and Release between Thomas Wyatt of Hanwell, co. Oxon., gent. (who survived Charles Wyatt late of Banbury, banker, deceased, in whom the legal fee simple of the hereditaments settled by ER3/2101-2104 was vested) of the first part, William Walford of Banbury, gent., of the second part and Samuel Anker of Cropredy, co. Oxon., grazier, of the third part, whereby Thomas Wyatt (in consideration of ten shillings to him paid by Samuel Anker) and William Walford (in consideration of £2000 to him paid by Samuel Anker) mortgaged to Samuel Anker the undivided moiety of the residue of the premises settled by ER3/2101-2104 [Littleworth Farm] and not sold to the Townsends, by conveyance of the fee simple subject to a proviso for redemption upon repayment of the £2000 by William Walford to Samuel Anker.
