Description

Final Concord made in the Court at Westminster on the morrow of the Trinity 1697, before George Treby, Edward Neville and John Powell, H.M. Justices, between William Halford, Edward Townsend and Mary Widdowes, plaintiffs, and Francis Eede and Mary his wife, Thomas Halford and Dorothy his wife, and John Wake and Elizabeth his wife, deforciants, of three messuages, three orchards, four gardens, two barns, seventy acres of land, twenty acres of meadow, twenty acres of pasture, and ten acres of furze and heath with common of pasture in Halford.
