Draft Conveyance from Whinfield Stephen Round of Lincolns Inn, co. Middx., esq., to William Oakes Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., Clerk of the Peace for the county of Warwick, for £113 13s 3d. of a parcel of land on the North West side of a new street in Rugby called Plowman Street containing 433 square yards, for the purpose of building a Police Station.
