Description

Conveyance from Ann Smyth of Coventry, widow of Robert Smyth, late of the same place, `ropper', deceased, to Richard Palmer of the same place, tiler, for £100 of a messuage, garden and piece of ground called a 'grasplacke' with appurtenances in Coundon in Urchenfield near the South end of a place called Sponstreet, also three selions of land or pasture lammas in Coundon on the South part of the said messuage and adjoining thereto, which selions lie between the land of the Mayor, Bailiffs and commonalty of Coventry on the South and East parts, the land of the Church of the Holy Trinity of Coventry on the east, and the aforesaid street on the North. Witnesses: Thomas Lemone, William Berfie and William Buswell.
