Draft of an Agreement whereby Thomas Wheatley Hiron of Warwick, surgeon, charges a messuage and buildings in West Street, extending into Friar Street Warwick as security for £1400 with interest, being part of the purchase money of £1525, owed by the said Thomas to Henry Jephson of Leamington Priors, and Henry Thomas Chamberlayne of Stoney Thorpe esqs., Trustees of the Warwick and Leamington Banking Co., who were to retain the title deeds to the said property until the debt was discharged.
