Articles of Agreement between Jane Porter of Coventry, widow of Poyntz Porter esq., deceased, Samuel Packwood of the same place, clerke, and Jane, his wife, one of the daughters and co-heirs of the said Poyntz Porter, Catherine Porter, another daughter and co-heir of the said Poyntz Porter and John Gibbard of Southam, yeoman, to secure to the said John Gibbard a meadow called Mickle Meadow in the parish of Southam.
