Lease for a year from Thomas Newland of Ilmington, weaver, to Decimus Slatter the elder of Lambcott [Lambcote Farm] in the parish of Eatington [Ettington], yeoman of the upper part of a messuage and lands in Ilmington purchased by the said Thomas Newland from Thomas Minching, to secure possession for a Release to be made on the following day.
