Assignment of Mortgage from Richard Simcoe of Birmingham, gent., by the direction of Richard Blick of Longbridge in the parish of St. Mary's, Warwick, gent., son and heir of Joseph Blick of the same, deceased, by Mary his wife, to Charles Palmer of Balsall Street in the parish of Hampton in Arden, yeoman, of a messuage and lands in Cow Lane in Morton Morrell [Moreton Morrell] exchanged by the Enclosure Act of 1756 relating to Moreton Morrell, for three yard lands of arable, meadow and pasture land in the open fields of Moreton Morrell.
