Copy of a Conveyance from Henry Smith of Snitterfield, esq. to David Hemming of the same place, of two cottages and lands in Snitterfield being part of the premises in Snitterfield mortgaged by the said Henry to Mary Matilda Ashmore of Wappenbury, spinster, party to this conveyance, and recently auctioned by the said Henry [lots 5 and 6], when one of the said cottages was bought by James Bant of Snitterfield, labourer, party to this conveyance, and now sold to the said David Hemming.
