Intentions of Fine: Preston-on-Stour


Indenture dated 11 January 1676/7 (Old style) [1677] between Thomas Collins of Preston-upon-Stower, co. Glouc., yeoman, of the one part and John Maunsell and Thomas Timbrell of the same, yeoman, of the other part, declaring the intent of the fine of two messuages, three cottages, and one and a half yardlands in Preston, as in ER3/163-164, to be that the same shall enure to the use of the said Thomas Collins, his heirs and assigns. Witnesses: Thomas Rawlins, Edmund Rawlins, Jeremy Mount and Thomas Izard.
