Abstract of title to a tenement and land at Binton, commencing with an indenture dated 23 April 1776, between Goodwin Nash of Webbs Farm in the parish of Tardebigg, co. Worcester, gent., and Alice his wife of the first part, William Whissell of Ragley gent., of the second part and the Rt. Hon. Francis Seymour Conway Lord Beauchamp of the third part and ending with an indenture dated 22 August 1805 between Thomas Applebee of the first part Thomas George of the second part, Philip Applebee of Bidford, cow leach and George Osborn of Binton, stonemason, of the third part.
