Description
Particulars of sale of an estate at Claverdon, late the property of Thomas Middleton, to be sold in four lots: Lot 1, two dwelling houses, Lot 2, close of pasture land, Lot 3, close of pasture land, Lot 4, windmill. Attached to an affidavit of Richard Pratt of Claverdon, carpenter, 29 May 1846, concerning the boundaries of Lots 1-3, and their description as given in indentures of 22 and 23 May 1810.
