Description

Copy deed between Thomas Greswold of Cubbington, esq., Albania his wife and Moses Holloway, Warwick, gent, concerning a mortgage of the Rectory of Cubbington and appurtenant lands and premises. If Greswold fails to repay the principal then, upon Holloway paying a furthersum, Greswold, with his eldest son and heir when of age will make an absolute conveyance of the rectory, together with other lands purchased by Holloway in Tamworth, in which Thomas Greswodl and Albania have only a life estate
