Lease from John Domfrel of Kenelleworth' to Reginald le Cookes of Berkeswell', Agnes his wife and Juliana their daughter of a messuage, cottage and two adjacent fields in Baddesleye lying in breadth between the highway leading from Warrewyk' towards Burmyncham on the one hand and Heywode and Geggegroue on the other, and extending in length from the wood called Kyngeswod' as far as the croft called Lokkescroft To hold to the said Reginald, Agnes and Juliana for the term of their lives, rendering annually 7s. at the two terms of the feast of St. Michael the Archangel, and the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary in two equal portions, and also two attendances each year at the court of Hampton, and heriot after the deaths of each of them. The said Reginald, Agnes and Juliana also to maintain all the buildings on the said land in good repair during the term of their tenure. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
