Gift from John Foukus of Baddisley and Joan his wife to Nicholas Dudley of Coventry merchant of the manor of Baddisley Clynton together with the advowson of the church of the same manor, i.e. one messuage, 3 carucates of land, 8 acres of meadow, 200 acres of wood, and 26s. 8d. annual rent with all customs, services and appurtenances in Baddisle Clynton' pertaining to the said manor. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
