Counterpart of a settlement between Joseph Blick of Wasperton, yeoman, Mary Hopkins, widow of Thomas Hopkins, late of Longbridge in the parish of St. Mary's, Warwick, yeoman, deceased and Thomas Reeve of Barford, gent., and Samuel Fairefax of the parish of St. Mary's, Warwick, yeoman, previous to the Marriage of the said Joseph Blick and Mary Hopkins, whereby the said Joseph releases to the said Thomas and Samuel, a messuage, in the occupation of John Seely, and three yard lands of arable, meadow and pasture land in Moreton Morrell, to hold for uses recited.
