Quitclaim from William Clerk of Offechirche, Robert Waldene of Warrewyk', Thomas Rodye of Warrewyk' and Richard Martyn of Warrewyk' to Simon Bythewode of Rowynton' of lands and tenements with meadows, pastures, feedings, woods, hedges, ditches and appurtenances in Baddesleye Clynton' and Rowynton' which the said grantors formerly held by the gift and feoffment of William Barewell' of Alscote, co. Gloucester [Alscot, co. Warwick]. Sealing clause. Witnesses: William of the Chambre; William de Burton' Walter Brom; John Lynton'; John Fortheye drapere and others.
