Lease for a year and Exchange between the Rev Elias Webb of Sherborne [Sherbourne] clerk, and Alice Willis of Tachbrooke [Tachbrook], widow, formerly Alice Hawkes, spinster, Elizabeth Hawkes late of Sherborne now of the parish of Hampton-in-Arden, spinster, and William Hawkes of Sherborne yeoman, eldest son and heir of Ann Hawkes of Sherborne deceased, and William Hawkes, her husband, deceased, the said Alice Willis, Elizabeth Hawkes and Ann Hawkes, since deceased, being three of the daughters and devisees named in the Will of William Hawkes of Sherborne, yeoman, deceased, and sisters and co-heirs of Mary Hawkes and Sarah Hawkes, both of Sherborne, spinsters, deceased, whereby the said Elias Webb grants to the said Alice Willis, Elizabeth Hawkes and William Hawkes, land in the South East corner of Coplow field in the parish of Sherborne and £2 2s 0d in exchange for land in the parish of Sherborne on the South West of and adjoining Sherborne Brook.
