Conveyance by lease and release from John Lee, Whitmore Park, Coventry, yeoman, Thomas Lee, the same, yeoman, Edward Lee, Foleshill, yeoman and John Ford, Carsley [Keresley] yeoman and Mary his wife to Thomas Lee, Hurst, Stoneleigh, yeoman, for £70 of messuage, orchard, garden and backside in High Street, Kenilworth, in occupation Richard Cattell abutted West by messuage in same occupation; East by messuage in occupation Widdow Lock and close on North side High Street; three half acres appurtenant to said messuage dispersed in three open fields viz. Priors field, furzen field and new field: messuage and appurtenances in New Way, Kenilworth, abutted East by cottage of Francis Cox and West by cottage of Job Bates; three half acres to messuage appurtenant in same fields, all which cottage and lands in occupation William Bates.
