Description

Articles of Agreement between Anne Daniell, Maxstoke, widow and Thomas Holbech, Fillongley, gent in consideration of intended marriage between the said Thomas Holbech and Elizabeth Daniell, daughter of Anne. Anne Daniell agrees to convey all and chattels and lands which may descend to her by inheritance from her brother Bernard Paulet of Cottles, Wilts, to Holbech: a moiety to the use of Thomas and his intended wife Elizabeth for their lives with remainder to their heirs; the other moiety to the use of the said Anne Daniell for life with remainder to Thomas and Elizabeth.
