Hertford, knight and Richard Martyn of the Middle Temple, London, esquire from trusts reposed in them by a deed indented dated 7 November 1616, conveying to them and to Sir Henry Rainsford of Clifford, co. Gloucs., knight, the manor of Baggington als. Bathkington, co. Warwick, upon trust to be sold for payment of the debts of Sir Henry Goodere, the sale having then taken place. Signed: H.
