?Demise with warranty from Isabella de Wavere and Elena her daughter to Stephen de Berdingber' of 15 pence annual rent in Kingeshule payable by John son of Henry, also one penny annual rent payable by Philip son of John Henr', also fourteen acres of land with appurtenances in Kingeshulle, namely seven acres in Le Brocfelt of which half an acre lies at Le Portbrug, half an acre at Le Vernihom, half an acre on Le Linch', half an acre at Le Brodeham, half an acre at Moldewelle, half an acre 'in to Nethulle medewe', two half acres on Le Lowe (all which half acres lie next the land of Richard Nicholes) in the croft three butts and two half acres called Wellelondes next Leodegar and half an acre at Wetelondes next Thomas Porter (Portarium); three acres in the little field, of which two half acres lie on Le Brech, half an acre beyond Coventrepath, half an acre is called Perylont, half an acre lies in Banlondeswey, and half an acre on Ottelont, (all which half acres lie next the land of Richard Nicholes); and four acres in Le Wodefelt, of which two half acres lie on Le Ruycroft, half an acre at Le Otlont, half an acre at Piletesmarleput, half an acre on Voxenhul, half an acre is called Gotereslont, half an acre lies on Piletesforlong and half an acre on Le Banlond (all which half acres lie next the land of Richard Nicholes); to hold the same to the said Stephen and his heirs, rendering to the grantors one penny annually for the first 20 years and 20 pounds annually thereafter.
