Draft release by Sir Francis Lawley, Middleton Hall, Warks., Bart., William Pitt, Cheltenham, esq., and James Arkell, Cheltenham, farmer to John Inns, S/A, painter for £63 (being £62 to Lawley and 10 shillings each to Pitt and Arkell) of piece of land, part of the Shop Ground, in Shakespeare Street, Old Stratford, with eleven yard frontage thereto and extending eastward to the garden of the White Lion. Abutted south by land of Edward Green and Leonard Court and N. by land of William Gibbs [Recitals 1822-32].
