Description

Copy of an agreement to convey from Arthur Francis Gregory of Stivichall, esq., to three of the directors of a proposed company to be called The Warwick and Leamington Union Railway Company (constituted at a public meeting of 1 June 1842 pursuant to an Act of Parliament) for 8000 pounds, seven and a half acres in Stivichall and two cottages as shown on the plan annexed [not copied]; with payment of 150 pounds for every other cottage, and 400 pounds for every other acre which the said Company might need to purchase for the purpose of constructing the railway.
