Copy of the settlement made between Sir William Monson of Kinnersley, Surrey, knt., John Monson esq., his son and heir and others and Mary Mayne of Bovingdon, Herts. widow and another, previous to the marriage of the said John Monson esq. and Anne Mayne, daughter of the said Mary, of the manors of Croft and Skeynes, with the rectory of Croft and the advowson of the same, messuages and lands in Croft, Skeynes, Wainfleet, Winthorpe, Irby in the Marsh, Bratoft and Ingoldmells in Lincolnshire, messuages etc. in Minster and East Church in the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, and a capital messuage and manor called Kinnersley, with messuages and lands in Kinnersley, Horsley and Charlwood in Surrey.
