Lease and release (attached) to lead to the uses of a recovery whereby Richard Pettifer, the elder, late of Hellidon, Northants, now of Shawell, Leics., yeoman and Richard Pettifer, the younger, of Shawell, yeoman, son and heir of Richard Pettifer, the elder by Rebecca his wife, who was one of two daughters of co-heirs of William Turner of Hellidon, Northants., yeoman, dec'd., by Elizabeth his wife who was one of four daughters of co-heirs of Thomas Taylor, Hunningham, dec'd. by Dorothy his wife. one of daughters of Henry Bushby, also of Hunningham, shepherd, convey to Andrew Lagrange, Lyons Inn, Middx., gent., to create a tenant to the praecipe in order to suffer a recovery, to the use of Richard Pettifer, the younger, and his heirs: messuage and appurtenances in Hunningham, in occupancy of Thomas Goode; 1/4 yard land in Hunningham in same occupancy and which were formerly estate of Henry Bushby; together with 1/2 yard land in fields of Hunningham and meadow appurtenant, called Alecroft together with one selion in meadow called Edicroft also in occupancy of Thomas Goode and which were formerly purchased by Thomas Taylor and 1/2 yard land in same occupancy also purchased by Thomas Taylor
