[Copy in hand Julia Judith Leigh] James Henry Leigh to Leigh Perrott: Wishes to clear up a few points of misunderstanding which have arisen re negotiations for agreement under which Perrott relinquishes any claims of succession to Stoneleigh estates. Cannot change opinion re necessary insertion of refunding clause.
