Conveyance from George Mann of Stratford-upon-Avon, auctioneer, and Ann his wife (daughter and devisee of Richard Bennett), and their mortgagee, Mary Newland of the same, spinster, to Samuel Steel of Stratford-upon-Avon, wood-turner, of two messuages in Sheep Street (formerly one), in the tenures of Hugh Cloves and Henry Cross, bounded on the west by a messuage in the occupation of Miss Richardson and on the east by a passageway leading out of the street to cottages at the rear
