Bargain and sale by Oliver Pawlett, Kenilworth, gent., William Phipps, Kenilworth, gent. and Mary his wife, formerly Pawlett, daughter of Oliver to William Lee, Radford Semele, yeoman, for £51 of messuage and appurtenances in Castle End, Kenilworth in occupation John Brayne, including three half acres in common fields appurtenant to messuage but excepting a close called Dialls Field and meadow called Whattells which are reserved to Oliver Pawlett. Annual rent payable to Lord of Manor is 2s. 8d., of which Pawlett's agree to pay 1s. 8d. and Lee 1s. Signed and sealed.
