Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Budd, Heese, Middx., yeoman (eldest son and heir Robert Budd the younger, Priors Hardwick and Ann his wife, both deceased) to Edward Farborough, Hunningham, woolcomber and John Mott, Southam, barber (his trustee), for £69-10 of cottage with garden, orchard and appurtenances in Hunningham, formerly in occupation John Clarke, but since divided into two in occupation William Whitehead and Edward Farborough, together with home close appurtenant to said messuage in occupation Thomas Goodman. With covenant to levy fine and produce title deeds. Signed and sealed, Thomas Budd.
