Draft deed between Ann Mander, Northampton, widow William Armfield,Northampton, mercer and Caroline his wife (née Mander), [Joseph] Sanders, Warwick, timber merchant and Elizabeth his wife (née Mander) and Thomas Mills, S/A, surgeon, John Smith, Long Itchington, gent., Robert Smith, Blenheim Park, Oxon., gent., to settle the affairs of Robert Mander, late of S/A, gent., deceased. Recitals (1) 17 Feb 1819 Will of Robert Mander appointing Mills, Smith and Smith (nephews of his wife) trustees to allow wife Ann life use of household goods and to invest rest of personal estate with interest to wife for life with £1000 marriage portions to daughters Caroline and Elizabeth and half interest on £6000 after death of their mother. (2) Codicil same date: appointing wife co-trustee and executor. (3) 30 May 1821 Death of Robert Mander and subsequent marriage of daughters. (4) Bond from Robert Mander to sister Mary for payment of £30 annuity, which heirs undertake to pay and acquit executors.
