Lease from Arabella Diana, Duchess of Dorset, to Samuel Hunt, Welford-on-Avon, carpenter, son of Nathan Hunt of cottage and garden in Welford, commonly called the Apple House, now in occupation William Coley, which was granted by Lionel Cranfield Sackville Duke of Dorset to Richard Boyce for 3 lives by lease dated 2 February 1744/5, which same lives are all now dead.
