Bond from Francis Palmer, Solihull, yeoman and Francis Palmer, junior, son and heir apparent, to Simon Archer, Tanworth, esq. for pound;300 to secure peaceful possession of messuage called The Lodge, lately in possession of Francis Palmer the father, in Tanworth Park alias Lodbrookes Park, with lands as in deed of 16 January 1604/5 (recited).
