30 September 1615 Copy will of Robert Heath, Inner Temple, London, esq. Appoints wife Margaret sole executrix and leaves as her jointure house and lands at Pendhill, Surrey (after death of testator's mother). lands in Saxelby, Lincs. and manor of North Ingleby. Also £100 worth of plate and household goods of her choice. After bequests to servants, appoints Overseers William Crowe `my wife's uncle' and cousins Thomas Seyliard esq., Edward Michell, esq. and Robert Seyliard, gent., to whom leaves manor of Beisbye and lands in Beisby, Trusthope, Sutton, Malley and Hagnaby, Lincs. and Winwicke, Northants. to sell, pay debts and educate children. Residue to be divided among younger sons Edward, John and daughters Marie and Elizabeth at 22 or marriage after 18. All other lands in Yorks., Lincs. and Surrey to son Robert at 22 with remainder to his heirs or son John and his heirs. 12 October 1615 Note signed by Robert Heath that death of eldest son Robert has caused him to replace his name in will with that of next son Edward.
