Devising real estate in West Street, Ely Street and Greenhill Street and residue of personal estate after legacies to trustees (Bernard Rice, Stratford-upon-Avon, surgeon and John Bunn, Stratford-upon-Avon, butcher) to pay income to wife Mary Anne for life, then equally between testator's brother and brothers-in-law, Thomas Alcock, Thomas Beesley and Henry Beesley for life, then to sell and divide capital between children of Thomas Alcock, Henry Beesley, Thomas Beesley and of testator's deceased sisters Mary Taylor and Hannah Grant.
