Assignment from Henry Smith of Snitterfield, yeoman, with the consent of John Hillman of Snitterfield, yeoman, to Humphrey Whateley of the same yeoman, for £70, of a mortgage, dated 5 January 1758, from John Hillman to Henry Smith of a cottage and three lands in Snitterfield, late in the tenure of John Mace, since of John Blackington and then of John Hillman, for 500 years to secure £50, and of a further charge on the said property, dated 7 January 1761, to secure an additional £21.
