Miscellaneous bundles of original deeds involving members of the Halford family, viz: 1. Articles of Agreement for the assignment of an annuity between William Halford, late of Armscott, but now of Milton, co. Oxon., yeoman, Alice Halford of the same, widow of Nathaniel Mason, maltster (brother of William Halford), John Halford of Armscott, gent., Thomas Banbury and John Banbury, brothers,of the same, yeoman, and Richard Greenwood and John Greenwood, brothers, of Sibford, co. Oxon., yeoman, 23 October 1703. 2. Administration of the estate of Nathaniel Halford, late of Milton, co. Oxon., granted to his widow, Alice Halford; 23 November 1703. 3. Conveyance by lease and release from John Rouse of Newbold, gent., to Nathaniel Halford the elder of Talton, miller and baker, of a messuage in Furr Street, Newbold-on-Stour, 3 and 4 October 1760; with Bond. 4. Lease for a year from Edward Webb of Ilmington, yeoman, brother and heir of Richard Webb late of Halford, husbandman, to Nathaniel Halford of Talton, miller, of a house and land in Halford, 10 April 1774. 5. Conveyance by lease and release from Nathaniel Halford the elder of Newbold, yeoman, to Nathaniel Halford, his younger son, miller, of a messuage in Newbold-on-Stour and lands in Radway, 5 and 6 July 1774. 6. Original will of Nathaniel Halford of Talton, miller, 5 July 1788.
