Endorsed with memorandum that on 21 December 1932 Frederick Barnacle vested freehold land in Evesham Road, part of the estate of the said George Barnacle, in himself, Thomas Barnacle and Beatrice Amphlett [3 children of the deceased]. Above in envelope supposed also to contain conveyance of said land, 3 November 1920 by J. M. Smith to George Barnacle.
