Probate of the Will (12 Feb 1873) of William Gibbs the elder of Tiddington, baker. - All household effects to wife Mary for life and then equally to sons Daniel Gibbs and William Gibbs. - Stock in trade, book debts and residue of personal estate equally between wife and sons. - 4 cottages in Tiddington in the occupation of testator, Joseph Palmer, John Wakefield and Richard Evans, to wife for life then 2 each to sons Daniel and William. - Cottage and garden at Loxley in the occupation of George Allcock to son Daniel. - Cottage in Tiddington in the occupation of Henry Ryder, with bakehouse etc. in testator's occupation to son William. - Residue real estate equally between sons. Executors: Henry Goff, Alveston, miller and son William Gibbs. With receipts for residue personal estate, executors' accounts, residuary accounts, 1876-1877.
