Lease for 98 years, 11 months and 3 weeks from Robert Throckmorton of Weston Underwood, Bucks. esq. to Edward Throckmorton of Warrington in Olney, Bucks. gent. of Morton Woods in Abbot's Morton, late in the tenure of Elizabeth Throckmorton, widow of Raphael Throckmorton esq. deceased, mother of the said Edward. To secure a lease granted to the said Robert by the said Edward the previous day for 99 years.
