Lease from Francis Keyt Dighton of London, gent., William Smart of Winchcombe, co. Glos., gent., John Martin, rector of Clifford Chambers, Samuel Morris of Shottery and William Taplin of Clifford Chambers, feoffees, to Hannah Lord of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow (in consideration of the surrender of a lease made from Edward Clopton, Richard Dighton, Robert Loggin, Theophilus Nichoals, Christopher Smith, rector, Henry Parry, William Martin, George Morris, Henry Tomes, Richard Slatter, Robert Williams and William Hiron to Christopher Wareing of Stratford, blacksmith) of all that messuage or tenement in Stratford-on-Avon in Middle Row [Bridge Street] now in the possession of the said Hannah Lord, containing by the street side sixteen yards one foot in length and at the broad end next the messuage of John Ingram twenty-eight feet and at the lower end next the messuage of Henry Broom, weaver, twenty-eight foot; for 55 years at a rent of 13s 4d half-yearly.
