Deed to lead the uses of a Fine between Franklin Miller of Loxley, esq. and Jane his wife of the first part, Henry Kempstone of Goldicott, gent. and Mary, his wife, and Sabian Coles of Langley, gent. of the second part, Robert Wootten of Stratford-upon-Avon, barber chyrurgeon, and Anne, his wife of the third part, Thomas Morrell of Feckenham, co. Worc., blacksmith, and Anne, his wife of the fourth part, Samuel Phillips of Stratford-upon-Avon, painter of the fifth part, Joseph Smith of Stratford-upon-Avon, sadler of the sixth part, Joseph Morris of Stratford-upon-Avon, blacksmith, and Anne, his wife of the seventh part, and James Fish of the borough of Warwick, yeoman of the eighth part, concerning a tenement in Greenhill Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, in the occupation of the said Samuel Phillips, a tenement in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, formerly in the possession of one Laurence Harwood and now divided into two parts and in the occupation of the said Joseph Smith and one Nicholas Smith, a tenement in High Street, Stratford-on-Avon and three tenements in Warwick. Witnesses: Joseph Hunt, Henry Mason, William Baker, Edward Willes and George Fullwood. Indenture of fine enclosed.
