Conveyance by Lease and Release dated 30 31 December 1831, from the Reverend Arthur Annesley, clerk, Rector of Clifford Chambers, and Richard Morris, late of the United States of America but at present residing at Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman (eldest son and heir at law of Samuel Morris late of the United States of America, yeoman, since deceased, who was the eldest son and heir at law of Samuel Morris the elder heretofor of Clifford Chambers, yeoman, deceased) surviving Trustees of an indenture of 7 July 1797 (ER3/1985) to the Reverend Francis Annesley, Arthur Annesley the younger of Clifford Chambers, esq., Christopher Musgrave of Beach Hill, co. Berks., esq., Robert Burton of Longnor, co. Salop., esq., John Nash of Worcester, surgeon, Edmund Tompkins Cockbill of Clifford Chambers, gent. and Ralph Smith late of Radbrook but now of Clifford Chambers, yeoman, of two messuages in Sheep Street as described in indentures of 28 and 29 August 1758 (ER3/1982-1983). Witnesses: William Tibbits junior, attorney of Stratford-upon-Avon, and Morgan Lewis, his clerk.
