Bargain and Sale: Honington

Description

Indentures of Bargain and Sale enrolled between Thomas Gibbs of Honington, esq. of the first part, Samuel Mellish of Whitton, co. Middx., esq., Joseph Scriven, citizen of London, George Jeffreys of the Inner Temple and Thomas Browne of London, gent. of the second part, and Henry Parker of the Inner Temple of the third part, whereby Thomas Gibbs, in consideration of £15,200 to him paid by Henry Parker at the direction of the persons of the second part, conveyed to Henry Parker the manor of Honington, with appurtenances with the capital messuage and other messuages, lands and hereditaments in Honington theretofore the property of Sir Henry Gibbs, Knight, father of the said Thomas Gibbs.
