Copy draft conveyance by parties as in ER13/13/20 to Sarah Clark, Batsford, Glos., widow for £103 to Middleton and 10 shillings to Findon and Hancock of 1 acre land in Moreton lately in the occupation of Joseph Wheatley, bounded on the N by land lately sold to John Shirley, on the S by land of Dr. Warneford, on the E by the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway Company, and on the W by the road to Moreton Church. All which land forms part of the enclosure allotment of Robert Purser. Recitals: (as in /20 above).
