Lease for life from Gerard Ryngely and Alice his wife, Joyce Pepwall', William Merston' and Alice his wife and John Mollesley and Margaret his wife to William Ockam of the manor of Middelton' which Alice, wife of Garard, Joyce Peperwall', Alice, wife of William Merston' and Margaret held after the death of Richard Middelton', son and heir of Adam Myddelton', by a fine with John de Midelton', Henry Paas of Gennok and Henry de Clakenhale, chaplains, deforciants;
to hold for the life of the said William Ockam, rendering annually 6 marks [2 terms].
