Lease and Release, the Release being a conveyance from William Bourne of Coventry, leatherdresser, and Anne, his wife, Abigail Hale, widow of Christopher Hale of Derby, painter, deceased, Cater Love of Coventry, gent., and Sarah, his wife, and Mary Viall of Coventry, spinster, the said Anne, Abigail, Sarah and Mary being daughters and co-heirs of Thomas Viall of Coventry, leatherdresser, deceased, to the Rev. James Powell of Coventry, clerk, and Julyus Olds of the same place, mercer, of two newly erected messuages on the West side of St. John's Bridges [St. John Street] in Coventry and another messuage adjoining at the back of one of the said messuages, with an adjoining garden called pool yard (bounds described) a messuage on the East side of Cross Cheaping between the messuage of Hugh Capel, mercer, and that of Thomas Billingsley, mercer, in the occupation of James Lunn, a messuage in Spon Street in the occupation of Isaac Abell, formerly purchased by William Fawson from Sir Thomas Gery, knt., a messuage in Earl Street in the occupation of the said Cater Love and a yearly rent of a messuage in the same street between the former messuage and the messuage of Elizabeth Wilson. A messuage in Barnacle, and two and a half yard lands in the common fields and a close called Well close in Barnacle, all in the occupation of Richard Jackson. Signed and sealed. by the Lessors.
