Copy draft release from John Horniblow of Shipston-on-Stour, surgeon and apothecary (eldest son and heir and devisee under the will, recited, of William Horniblow late of Shipston-on-Stour), with the consent of his younger brothers, William Horniblow of Shipston-on-Stour and George Horniblow of Charlbury, co. Oxon., surgeons and apothecaries, of his mother Susannah Horniblow of Shipston-on-Stour, widow, and of his mortgagees, John Newnham of Alderminster, gentleman, and Elizabeth Seagrave of Warwick, spinster (legatees of the late Ann Ayshcombe of Warwick, spinster, sister and legatee of John Ayshcombe of Warwick, Esquire) to Thomas Kinersley of Stretton-on-Fosse, gentleman, for £4200 (£2500 to John Newnham and Elizabeth Seagrave to discharge a mortgage, 14 January 1809 from William Horniblow the father to John Ayshcombe, and £1700 to John Horniblow) of the manor of Stretton-on-Fosse and a house and lands (described) belonging thereto.
